ABOUT ME
My Family
My husband and I have been married for 19 years and we have two sons. Our teenagers keep us busy! Our youngest plays football and our oldest is part of the high school marching band. When we're not on the field, we love to SUP, camp, and travel together.

My Career
I graduated from Mission San Jose High School in 1990. I earned a Bachelors in Literature and a Bachelors in Modern Languages with a French emphasis from Pacific University. I continued my education at Pacific and went on to earn my Masters in Teaching. In addition to teaching, I have worn a few different hats including: SAP international trainer for Intel, professional family portrait photographer and stay-at-home mom.
My Philosophy
Every student has the ability to succeed and it is my responsibility to create the environment in which they can do so. It will take hard work and dedication on the part of the student, but with a partnership between student, teacher and parent, success will happen. I want to help create responsible adults with a love for life-long learning. I have an open door policy and encourage you to contact me at any time for any reason. My office hours are below, though it is best to make an appointment in advance.
